The Blue Van - Spot 2007, Ridehuset, Saturday

Foto: Tilde Juul
Rock 'n' roll is alive

The girls were screaming and the guys were shouting many, many times during The Blue Vans concert at Ridehuset Saturday night. For a good reason, that is.

Because when you look so convincing, singing your soul out, looking to smash something, humping the organ and using guitars as a symbol of something else, you know the clichés of rock 'n' roll are clichés for a reason.

The music might not be original, derived from acts like The Kinks and The Who, with lots of references in the sound, but The Blue Van owns the ability to make people believe.

It's pure energy when the band meets their audience, and it is highly recommended to attend a concert with The Blue Van. See them, hear them, and scream!
