The Kissaway Trail are going to go on tour in the UK – all according to the plan that was mapped out long ago. What’s new, however, is that they are going to play support for the English top band Editors, who have personally invited The Kissaway Trail to join them on their tour, which includes 19 gigs.
The tour kicks off in October and includes three nights in a row at the Brixton Academy (London) and a range of other prestigious venues around UK.The planned headliner tour “over there” has therefore been postponed until November, says the band’s British record company Bella Union.
The Kissaway Trail’s album was released in the UK in April – to great reviews, and the band has already been on several small-scale trips to the UK. In September they have a week of festival gigs lined up in the Irish Republic, Scotland and the UK. And after that it’s time for the above-mentioned tours… (Go to Bands on Tour to se dates and venues).
