From being a sideman and arranger for Mugison, Pétur Ben has taken the plunge releasing his own catchy, guitar-driven songs. Ben masters both the intense bursts of energy and the intimate moments. He has received an Icelandic Music Award and loads of critical praise for his debut. Being also a composer, he has written scores for several films and plays, etc.
