Kim and the Cinders is Kim Jeppesen’s timeout from PowerSolo. His brother Bo plays the drums, Horatio Lindez plays the banjo, organ and percussion, while he takes care of the guitar and the vocals himself. The trio plays Americana and roots with hints of folk and psychedelia, and luckily, slowing down has not made Jeppesen’s lyrical universe less offbeat.
