Their own term for it is minimalist bedroom indie. With an unpolished and stripped sound – vocals, guitar and occasional synthesizers – HellraiserTen have cut to the bone. What is left is the duo’s songs stripped and melodious. If you have a soft spot for Eels or quieter moments on early Grandaddy records, HellraiserTen will definitely be to your liking.
