Dead Kids were recently described as the sound of Michael Jackson doing bad things to DEVO. They are reputed to play chaotic gigs, where the punky energy in the band’s songs is carried to extremes by the band members. Add to this a knack for writing songs that stick to your brains like velcro and the reasons for emerging English music press hype become apparent.
